Trainer helps troubled dogs get through ruff times 
A year ago, Robin Scheff worked in an office like thousands of other Anchorage, Alaska, white-collar professionals. Since August, however, she’s been self-employed as the Mobile dog Trainer (”I Come to Your Home”), knocking on the doors of some of the most troubled pets in town.
